01. General Provisions

cu999 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "cu999") is an online gaming and sports betting platform serving Bangladeshi players. This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") is a legal agreement applicable to the use of the cu999 platform and all its services.

03. Age Limit & Eligibility

cu999 is for those aged 21 or over only. Registration or use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

cu999 is committed to preventing minors from accessing online gaming. Age verification may be carried out at the time of registration and prior to any financial transaction.

• Opening an account by providing a false age is a punishable offence, and in such cases all balances and winnings will be forfeited.

04. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following rules apply to deposits at cu999:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Deposited funds must come only from a payment method issued in the name of the registered account holder.
• Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to withdrawals from cu999:

• Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.

05. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at cu999 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,200 and the total balance becomes ৳2,200. Or depositing ৳34,000 gives a bonus of ৳20,000 and the total balance becomes ৳54,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit. For example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own specific validity period — any unused bonus will be cancelled once the period expires.
• If a withdrawal is made while a promotional bonus is active, the relevant bonus and any winnings earned from it may be forfeited.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.
• cu999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the relevant bonus and winnings may be forfeited and the account may be suspended.

5.4 VIP Program

The cu999 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.4%), Silver (up to 0.8%), Gold (up to 1.1%), and Platinum (up to 1.5%). cu999's decision on the determination and changes to VIP tiers is final.

06. Gaming Rules

6.1 Responsibility of Play

Every player must bet responsibly while playing at cu999. All gaming and betting activities are entirely for entertainment purposes. The outcome of any bet depends on chance — past results are no guarantee of future outcomes.

6.2 Bet Cancellation & Changes

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. If an incorrect bet is registered due to a technical error, cu999 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bet. cu999's decision on this matter is final.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to server outages, internet disconnection, or any other technical reason, cu999 will make a decision in accordance with applicable policy. cu999 will not be held liable for losses caused by technical issues.

6.4 Sports Betting

Available markets and odds in the sports betting section may change at any time at our discretion. In the event of an event being cancelled, postponed, or a disputed result, cu999's decision will be considered final.

07. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cu999 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Registering using a false identity or information.
• Attempting to abuse or manipulate the bonus system.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or hacking.
• Playing using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Conducting financial transactions through a third party or money laundering.
• Any fraudulent activity in the games or betting system.
• Harassing other users or disrupting the platform environment.

08. Limitation of Liability

cu999 will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental loss arising from the use of the cu999 platform. This includes:

• Games left incomplete due to internet disconnection.
